The maximum period for any return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. No returns will be accepted if they arrive at our facilities outside of this period!
It must be returned in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, preserving the label and all accessories.

The refund will be processed automatically as soon as the package has been checked in our warehouse.

Please, in case of damage, manufacturing defect or having received an incorrect garment, send an email to info@bassetandhoundmadrid.com attaching a photo and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
When making an exchange or return, these will be the charges associated with the collection and shipment of the order to our warehouse:
1. Exchange Spain Peninsula: €4.90 collection and shipping cost, with no additional cost for the new garment.
2. Refund: €6.90 collection and shipping cost.
3. Gift card: No additional cost.
4. Exchanges and Refunds Balearic Islands: €6.90
5. Exchanges and refunds in Europe: 19 €
6. No exchanges or refunds are accepted in the Rest of the World.
