Please, in case of a defect, manufacturing flaw, or having received an incorrect garment, send an email to info@bassetandhoundmadrid.com attaching a photo, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
When making an exchange or return, these will be the charges associated with the collection and shipment of the order to our warehouse:
1. Exchange Peninsular Spain: €4.90 shipping cost, with no additional cost for the new garment.
2. Refund: €6.90 management and shipping cost.
3. Gift card: No additional cost.
4. Exchanges and Refunds Balearic Islands: €6.90
5. Exchanges and refunds in Europe: 19 €
6. Exchanges and refunds are not accepted for the Rest of the World.
