As Content and Community Manager, you will be a key player in building and growing the brand on social media.
Your mission will be to organize, create, redistribute, and multiply Basset & Hound content, ensuring a constant, coherent, and brand-aligned presence across all platforms.
The focus of the position is not only to create new content, but to make the most of all existing content, both proprietary and from collaborators, adapting and strategically redistributing it in different formats and platforms.
What will you do day-to-day?
1. Content organization, reuse, and redistribution
-
Organize and structure all existing brand content.

Reuse and redistribute proprietary content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Adapt a single piece of content to different formats and platforms.
-
Redistribute content generated by influencers and collaborators, ensuring brand consistency.
-
Identify opportunities to republish, re-version, or reactivate existing content.
-
Plan publications with a long-term vision, not just ad hoc.
2. Content creation (specific and with criteria)

Record video content (reels, TikTok, short videos) at specific moments and when it makes sense for the brand or campaign.

Speak on camera naturally only when the type of content requires it.
-
Take and edit photos aligned with the brand's aesthetic.

Edit videos and photos for social media.
-
Create stories frequently, prioritizing real, product, and brand content.
-
Always prioritize content reuse and redistribution over constant creation of new material.
3. Shoots and production
-
Organize product and lifestyle shoots.
-
Prepare lists of content to be recorded in each session.
-
Ensure that each shoot yields enough content for several weeks.
-
Create both editorial and more natural, in-store content.
4. Collaborations
-
Follow up and coordinate collaborations with profiles and creators.

Manage content generated by collaborators.
-
Ensure that the delivered content can be reused and redistributed correctly.

Maintain relationships and continuity with influencers and collaborators.
5. Content for campaigns and ads
-
Create and select photos and videos that can later be used in ads.
-
Approach content with a mindset of reuse and performance.
-
Support launches, campaigns, and commercial moments with strategic content.
Training and Mentoring
-
Initial training on the brand and product in store.

Regular online training with the marketing director, focused on:

What are we looking for in you?

Residence in Madrid (essential, to attend the store occasionally).

Availability for remote work with occasional in-person visits.

Clear ability to reuse and redistribute content across multiple platforms.

Ability to:

speak on camera occasionally when necessary

Good visual taste and aesthetic sensitivity.

Organized person, with good judgment and strategic vision for content.

Previous experience in social media or content is a plus, but not essential if there is attitude and talent.
