Bassetandhound Shipping

Shipping on Bassetandhound:

Shipping costs will be free for mainland Spain and Portugal for orders over €150.

All shipments are urgent for Bassetandhound, and are therefore delivered within 3-6 business days*, Monday through Friday, in mainland Spain, under normal conditions and provided there are no incidents with the transport agency or attributable to the customer.

IMPORTANT :

  • Delivery times may be affected by extraordinary incidents with the carrier and/or delivery difficulties.
  • During peak sales periods ( sales, Christmas, Black Friday, and/or seasonal campaigns ), orders may be delayed due to the high volume of orders. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We will work to minimize delivery times as much as possible, but please keep this in mind when planning your purchase.
  • Please note that we do not work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, so all orders received from Friday afternoon to Sunday, or on holidays (Madrid or Spain), will be processed starting on the first business day in the order they arrive.
  • Deliveries are not made on weekends.
  • For orders outside the Iberian Peninsula and Portugal, the delivery time is approximately 6-15 days (it depends on various services, so we can't confirm the exact delivery time). We promise to keep you informed at all times.
  • No shipments are made to PO Boxes under any circumstances.

What happens if delivery fails? In the event of a delivery failure, please contact the shipping agency to schedule a new appointment. If you don't receive a response, please contact us by email at info@bassetandhoundmadrid and we'll resolve the matter together.
