Shipping at Bassetandhound:

Shipping will be free for mainland Spain and Portugal for orders over €200.

All your shipments are urgent for Bassetandhound, which is why they are delivered within 3-6 business days* from Monday to Friday on the peninsula (Spain) under normal conditions and as long as there is no incident with the transport agency or attributed to the client.

IMPORTANT:

  • Delivery times may be altered by extraordinary incidents with the carrier and/or difficulties in delivery.
  • During peak sales periods (sales, Christmas, Black Friday and/or seasonal campaigns), orders may be delayed due to the high number of orders. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We will work to minimize delivery times as much as possible, but please keep this in mind when planning your purchase.
  • Remember that we do not work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, so all orders received from Friday afternoon to Sunday, or on public holidays (Madrid or Spain), will be processed starting on the first business day in order of arrival.
  • Deliveries are not made on weekends.
  • Orders outside the peninsula and Portugal, their estimated delivery time is 6-15 days (depends on various services and we cannot confirm an exact time; we promise to keep you informed at all times.
  • No shipments are made to PO Boxes under any circumstances.

What happens if delivery fails? In case of delivery failure, please contact the transport agency to arrange a new appointment. If you do not get a response, please contact us by email: info@bassetandhoundmadrid and we will resolve it together.
