Shipping with Bassetandhound:
Shipping costs will be free for mainland Spain and Portugal for orders over €200
All your shipments are urgent for Bassetandhound, therefore, they are delivered within 3-6 business days* from Monday to Friday in mainland Spain under normal conditions and provided that there is no incident with the transport agency or one attributed to the customer.
IMPORTANT :
- Delivery times may be affected by extraordinary incidents at the carrier and/or by difficulties in delivery.

During peak sales periods ( sales, Christmas, Black Friday, and/or seasonal campaigns ), orders may be delayed due to the high volume of orders. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We will work to minimize delays as much as possible, but please keep this in mind when planning your purchase.
- Please note that we do not work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, so any order received from Friday afternoon to Sunday, or public holidays (Madrid or Spain), will be processed from the first working day in order of arrival.
- No deliveries are made on weekends.
- Orders outside the Iberian Peninsula and Portugal have an approximate delivery time of 6-15 days (it depends on various services and we cannot confirm the exact delivery time; we promise to keep you informed at all times).
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes under any circumstances.
What happens if the delivery fails? If your delivery fails, please contact the transport company to schedule a new delivery. If you don't receive a response, please contact us by email at info@bassetandhoundmadrid and we'll resolve the issue together.
